General Information and Forms
Audition dates for 2009-2010 admission are Friday, November 7, 2008 • Friday, February 6, 2009 • Friday, March 6, 2009. A final audition date, Thursday, May 7, 2009, is available but students who attend this audition will NOT be considered for Department of Music scholarships.
Audition Request Forms will be posted online in September 2008. Complete and return your Audition Request Form three weeks before the audition date you choose. The absolute deadline for Department of Music scholarship consideration is Friday, March 6, 2009.
Private Lesson Request Form for Music Graduate Students
Students must download, complete and print the Private Lesson form. The completed form must be printed, signed by your advisor and the Associate Chair (Dr. Norah Duncan IV), and returned to the main music office. Private Lesson Request Form (form requires Adobe Acrobat Reader)
Master's Degree Plan of Work
All WSU Master's students must complete and submit a Plan of Work no later than the completion of twelve (12) graduate credit hours. Click here to download, complete and print the Plan of Work form. After completing the form, it must be approved by the student's program advisor and the Department's Graduate Officer.
