Two days of workshops, performances, saxophones and mouthpieces. Presenters include inventor Francois Louis (Belgium), jazz artist Emanuele Cisi (Italy), and saxophone maker Claudio Zolla (Italy) from Rampone Handmade Saxophones.  Workshops free and open to the public.  Many events will be streamed online at www.BandDirector.com

Following two days of "Tenor Madness" workshops and performances at Wayne State, legendary tenor saxophonist Jerry Bergonzi performs with the Wayne State Big Band directed by Chris Collins.  Also performing, Detroit-Torino Urban Jazz project featuring WSU Director of Jazz Studies, Chris Collins, and Italian jazz performer Emanuele Cisi.
